Express Strut Cards
We understand that the demands of business can sometimes mean you need things fast! We offer a range of express strut cards – up to A3 size strut cards – that can be delivered directly to your door within your choice of 48 or 72 hours. Simply create your custom struct card design, upload your artwork and click order! Leave the rest up to us!
We can even send your custom strut card order directly to your store, business address or client address. With white label delivery, they’ll never know it came directly from us and not from you!
Show Card Express Delivery Requirements
Please follow these rules to ensure your strut card order qualifies for express service:
- Quantity: 250 strut cards maximum order
- Extras: No optional extras (like foiling or Spot UV)
- Timing: you must submit your artwork by 10am on the day of ordering to ensure the 3 working day turnaround.
When you create your showcard designs, there’s a few things you’ll need to remember:
- Remember to proofread your display card artwork before submitting it. Unfortunately, we print what we receive, so do ensure your text is all correct.
- Similarly, make sure your resolution is high enough (read about it in the resolution guide) and your file is saved in CMYK (why? Find answers in our colour guide!).
Place your showcard order before 10am and receive it within 3 working days!

- Under 500 strut cards printed direct to 2mm matt board (2000 micron)
- Above 500 strut cards are litho printed and mounted to
2mm matt board (2000 micron)
Finishing:
- Trimmed to final size with locking rudder strut attached to the reverse
- Gloss or Matt lamination available depending on your choice

How are strut cards printed?
Strut card order quantities below 500 are printed using professional digital printing technology. Order quantities of 500 and above are printed using modern litho press equipment.
How are strut cards supplied?
Each strut card is supplied flat with the backing strut attached. Simply fold out the strut to display!
Are strut cards eco-friendly?
Yes, they are both recyclable and biodegradable. The board itself is made from 100% recycled material.
Can I have my design printed landscape?
Yes! Our strut cards are typically printed in portrait orientation but if you need landscape, just let us know at the checkout!
Should I add lamination to my strut cards?
Adding lamination will increase the durability and life-span of your product as we as providing a thin layer of protection against spills and damage.
Can I order display cards with my QR code added?
Yes! Adding your QR code to your display cards is a great idea! Direct customers directly to your website!
